What will you do?
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive business strategy by defining key success metrics and communicating actionable insights
- Build and own financial forecast models, including other ad-hoc and in-depth analyses to support capital allocation decisions
- Drive high-impact cross-functional projects such as pricing strategy, strategic investments and geographic expansion
- Leverage your business background to design and implement strong systems & processes that improves performance
What will you need?
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in business operations, investment banking, management consulting, private equity or venture capital
- Ability to solve complex business problems and build scalable processes
- Extensive experience with building detailed financial model and communicate key business drivers to key stakeholders
- The ability to bring structure into ambiguous areas of opportunity
- Proven track record of building strong collaborative relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds

Sales Operations Manager
What will you do?
- Set goals, drive forecasting, and hold business accountable to the agreed objectives
- Discover gaps and inefficiencies in our existing tools and internal operational processes and support the implementation of improvements
- Design and implement automation in Salesforce to capture, prioritize and route Leads according to rules and heuristics defined by the business
- Manage contract and onboarding customization processes to ensure we meet the needs of our corporate customers
- Partner with the Head of Sales, Revenue Operations, and other teams to maintain an end-to-end view of the handoffs between marketing, sales, and account management
- Determine KPIs and manage all programs to clear performance goals
- Drive accountability for operational best practices and execute scalable operational solutions aligned to the needs of each team
What will you need?
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations
- Strong understanding of the data inputs required to track sales funnels and how to translate data into usable insights to better inform the overall sales strategy
- Has a strong operational background with a track record of making data driven decisions

Sr. Backend Engineer
What will you do?
- Design, build and maintain APIs, services and systems
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
- Help build features that will transform the business.
What will you need?
- 3+ years experience in Golang, Node.js, Python or similar languages
- AWS knowledge of EC2, RDS and SQS.
- Designed and built production systems from scratch.
- Must have experience with Docker.
- Production experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration.
- Experience with Postgres or similar sql databases.
- Experience with production monitoring and alerting systems.
- Experience with Redis.
- Understanding of analytics pipelines a plus.
- Knowledge of GRPC a plus.

UI Designer
What will you do?
- Collaborate with the UX and product teams to turn concepts and wireframes into polished, development-ready comps that drive engagement and brand affinity.
- Work with the UX team to build a thoughtful and intuitive design system, including interactive elements and animations.
- Ensure screens across all devices and platforms are consistent, coherent, beautiful, and accessible.
- Create detailed prototypes to communicate ideas, motion, and “magical” moments.
- Develop visual designs for our consumer-facing websites.
- Work with the marketing team to build out landing pages, email templates, collateral material, and campaigns.
What will you need?
- 5+ years experience as a UI designer with a portfolio demonstrating an aptitude for B2B and B2C products across web, mobile, and app
- Experience designing a modern SaaS or enterprise platform preferred
- A deep understanding of user-centered, iterative design processes and the agile development process
- Research & Strategy: The ability to obtain the information needed to start a project, to establish a plan, and to turn key insights into actionable steps
- Problem Solving Skills: The ability to understand the problem, reframe it through the lens of business and usability goals, and develop multiple solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, communicate your designs, and defend your decisions
